Before each visit: Campus submits the student roster for that day
During the visit: Small-group intervention cycles throughout the day
After the visit: Notes and planning adjustments are made based on what’s observed
School provides names for the day
Groups can rotate (this is intentional and data-driven)
Campus chooses priority students based on current needs
Campus chooses one weekday Monday–Thursday
That weekday is reserved for the entire school year
Friday is reserved for data review, planning, and progress analysis
If the assigned day falls on a closure/holiday/testing disruption, services resume the following week.
