The weekly flow

Before each visit: Campus submits the student roster for that day
During the visit: Small-group intervention cycles throughout the day
After the visit: Notes and planning adjustments are made based on what’s observed

Student roster process

• School provides names for the day

• Groups can rotate (this is intentional and data-driven)

• Campus chooses priority students based on current needs

Scheduling model

• Campus chooses one weekday Monday–Thursday

• That weekday is reserved for the entire school year

• Friday is reserved for data review, planning, and progress analysis

Closures/holidays

If the assigned day falls on a closure/holiday/testing disruption, services resume the following week.
