What grades do you serve?
Williams Literacy Partnerships serves students in grades 3–5 only.
The program is intentionally focused on upper elementary literacy needs.
How often are services provided?
Services are provided one full day per week for the entire school year.
How many students do you work with?
The number of students varies by campus and schedule.
Multiple small groups are served throughout the day rather than a fixed student list.
How are students selected for intervention?
The campus provides a student roster prior to each visit based on current needs and data.
Can student groups change throughout the year?
Yes. Student groups may rotate as needs change, allowing intervention to remain responsive.
What does a typical campus day look like?
The day includes multiple small-group intervention sessions scheduled across the instructional day, following a consistent routine.
What day of the week does our campus receive services?
Each campus is assigned one designated weekday (Monday–Thursday) that remains consistent for the school year.
How many campuses do you partner with each year?
To ensure quality and consistency, partnerships are limited to four campuses per school year.
What happens if our assigned day falls on a holiday or campus closure?
If the assigned day falls on a holiday, closure, or campus-wide event, services resume the following week.
Make-up sessions are not required.
What happens if you are sick or unavailable one week?
In the event of illness or emergency, the campus is notified and services resume the following week.
The absence does not affect the partnership.
Is this tutoring or a full-year intervention partnership?
This is not tutoring.
It is a full-year, embedded reading intervention partnership.
How is this different from hiring additional staff?
This partnership provides consistent support without hiring, onboarding, or long-term staffing obligations, offering flexibility without increasing payroll.
What is included in the partnership?
The partnership includes weekly on-campus intervention, instructional planning, data review, and ongoing adjustments based on student progress.
How does data review and planning fit into the program?
Fridays are reserved for off-campus data review, instructional planning, and progress analysis to ensure instruction remains responsive.
How does purchasing and accounts payable work?
Williams Literacy Partnerships works within standard district purchasing and accounts payable processes.
Purchase Orders are welcome.
Is this a full-year commitment?
Yes. This partnership is structured as a full school-year commitment to support consistent growth.
How is the investment structured?
Investment details are shared during a consultation after confirming fit and scheduling availability.
Can campuses renew for the following school year?
Yes. Campuses have the option to renew the partnership for the next school year.
When do campuses need to confirm renewal?
Renewal confirmation is requested by April 1 of the current school year.
How do we get started?
Getting started includes a brief consultation, confirming fit and availability, completing the agreement, and reserving a campus weekday.
Who will be our primary point of contact?
Each campus designates one staff member (often an assistant principal, instructional coach, or reading specialist) as the primary contact.
How do schedule changes or campus events get handled?
Schedule changes or campus-wide events should be communicated in advance.
If services cannot occur, they resume the following week.
