Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What services do you offer to schools?
A: I offer customized professional development workshops focused on effective classroom management strategies for teachers in Grades 3–8. Services include full-day trainings, half-day sessions, and ongoing coaching support.
Q: Do you work with individual teachers or just schools?
A: Both! In addition to school contracts, I offer a coaching and mentorship program for individual teachers.
Q: What makes your training different?
A: I combine research-based practices (including Marzano’s classroom management framework) with practical, teacher-friendly strategies. As an experienced educator, coach, and literacy expert, I focus on real-life classroom challenges—not just theory—so teachers leave with tools they can use right away.
Q: Where are your services offered?
A: Most services are available virtually, but I also offer in-person training for schools and districts. In-person availability depends on location and schedule. Contact me to discuss your needs.

A: Yes! Every school is unique. I’ll work with you to tailor the session focus, format, and materials to match your team’s goals, student demographics, and teacher experience levels.
Q: What do teachers say about your coaching?
A: Teachers consistently share that they feel more confident, supported, and equipped after working with me. They appreciate the balance of empathy, structure, and actionable tools that help them regain control and joy in their classrooms.

A: All certificates will be emailed to the registration email provided.
Q: Are your trainings eligible for CPE credit in Texas?
