Day 2 – Boundaries

Protecting Your Time & Energy

Learn practical systems that prevent burnout and overwhelm — especially in reading and intervention-heavy roles.

• Planning efficiently without overworking
• Setting professional boundaries without guilt
• Avoiding the “always behind” feeling

Day 3 – Confidence & Balance

Build sustainable habits and a confident instructional presence that will carry you through the school year.
